Faulty or Damaged goods
In the unlikely event that the items you receive are faulty or damaged, please notify us by email within two days of receipt of goods. We will refund postage costs and send a replacement once the original item has been returned.
We cannot accept claims after this period.
Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Items
You can refund an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
This only applies to unopened items in their original, sealed packaging.
Customers must return unwanted goods at their own cost using a 'signed for' carrier service. We are unable to exchange or refund after these seven days, or if the goods have been used or removed from their original packaging, or if the goods are in a non-saleable condition.
Upon inspection the sale will be credited in full less any applicable returns charges. If returned within 7 days.
